This seminar is the third of the 2018-2019 four-part series designed to address patient-centered, interprofessional collaborative care (aka integrated care), that is behavioral health and primary care services delivered collaboratively for optimal health outcomes.
PLEASE NOTE: There are two location options available for this event.  This registration is for the live-streamed version of the training at the Philadelphia campus.  If you would like to attend the training at the primary location, the Ware Family Recital Hall on the West Chester main campus, please register through the event, "West Chester location: An Integrated Approach to Suicide Awareness and Prevention". Persons should NOT sign up for both trainings, as they are the same training provided at the same time/date, but at different locations.  Please email Julia Hopkins at JH898128@wcupa.edu for questions or concerns regarding registration.

   What are my parking options for the event?
Discounted parking is available at 8th and Market Street. It is an open flat lot surrounded by a white gate, extending from 8th & Market to 9th & Market Streets, across from Century 21 Department Store. The parking discounted stickers takes the price of parking to $7. Attendees should bring their parking ticket with them to the Center to receive sticker at the front desk
