Kensington quarters was the first of its kind in Philadelphia’s Fishtown Neighborhood. We continue to push forward with our deeply rooted mission to provide quality hospitality, embrace sustainable practices, and collaborate with the best farmers and purveyors in the area--this mutual bond is built on a handshake promise. Our kitchen and chefs utilize whole animals, sustainable seafood, heritage grains, seasonal produce, local dairy, as well as nearby artisanal products. We’re committed to sourcing responsibly and with intention, within our food and beverage programs.
