The most recent addition to the OOKA family. This uber-cool, urban-feel restaurant has been open since 2009. Close to major highways and shopping hubs, this restaurant strives to be at the cutting edge of fine dining while remaining true to its Japanese roots and heritage. An award-winning bar, expansive Hibachi area and sophisticated dining room complete the Montgomeryville blue-print. Awards such as the Best of Philly (sushi) are just reward for the restaurant’s focus on excellence. Our History: Ooka opened in 1997 with a 35-seat gourmet dining room in Doylestown, Pa and has since grown to three locations in the Philadelphia area and one in California. Ooka's focus has since become a forward thinking combination of experienced service and a modern dining style with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients and dual concept Asian dining. We are committed to uncompromising quality levels while maintaining a family owned restaurant group that prides itself on hospitality, comfortable dining atmospheres and in keeping with the constant evolution of Asian cuisine without losing focus on classical technique. We are proud to offer full service on and off premise catering, entertaining gourmet hibachi for friends and family and a contemporary, sophisticated Japanese dining experience for all occasions.
