Description

Toll Man Joe's will be a larger bar/entertainment facility, yet still retain that neighborhood, corner bar atmosphere. It's named Toll Man Joe's after Steve's brother, and Lori's uncle Joe Paul. Joe was a bigger than life character, literally, and figuratively. He walked into any room, and the party started. He won the Wing Bowl in 2000, and definitely made it one of the most fun wing bowls to be a part of. His Wing Bowl name was Tollman Joe, because he worked the toll booths on the turnpike. We lost him on January 18, 2012. One of his favorite sayings to his family was, "if I go tomorrow, it was a good one" Truer words were never spoken. Although he left a hole in our hearts, especially his wife Rita, and sons Joe and Greg, his spirit has never evaporated. The stories about all of the crazy things he would do, everywhere he went, have us crying laughing whenever we get together. I'm sure his many friends feel the same way. There is no better Spirit of fun, craziness, love, and a good party, that we could hope to embody in our bar than Joe Paul's
