19125 Fitness, LLC is a One on One and Group Training facility. Health and fitness is extremely important to us, and we pride ourselves on staying safe doing so. All movements are carefully overlooked as the clients are working to ensure the movements are done correctly. We can modify any movement to meet with any restrictions that you might have. These are done to keep our clients safe while training and to help prevent injury.
