Description

Penn's School of Social Policy & Practice offers a master's degree in the Leadership of Nonprofit Organizations. This degree can be completed either full-time or part-time. We welcome individuals who are bright, passionate, and energized to be transformative thought leaders, social entrepreneurs, and innovators for social impact. Our mission is to educate the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs who will help transform nonprofits, social enterprises, international NGOs, educational systems, social service agencies, art and cultural institutions, foundations, and advocacy and volunteer organizations. The world needs new thinking and approaches to address long-term challenges. Our students come to lay the foundation for their professional and civic journeys to be collaborative agents of innovation and impact. The program is designed to serve serious nonprofit professionals who want to build their skills and prepare for leadership, professionals in all areas seeking to make a mid-career shift into the nonprofit sector, individuals preparing to enter a career in the nonprofit sector, those looking to learn more about international NGOs, and anyone with a passion for social innovation and impact.
