Puentes de Salud is an organization founded on the concept of comprehensively addressing the social determinants of health in our community of South Philadelphia. With this in mind, we run a variety of healthcare and social-service programs, including after-school tutoring, health-education for adults, and a weekly clinic, and we're always looking for new, dedicated volunteers!
