Sound Bath with Jenna Dreams

You’re invited to join me for a sound bath that will guide you into a deep state of relaxation & restoration.

The best part is…All you have to do is show up!

The vibrations of crystal sound bowls, harmonic chimes and my voice, will lead you on a journey of harmony & alignment. (Basically, an epic ambient nap.)

What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle & anything you need to get cozy (think: a soft blanket & your favorite hoodie)

✨Please arrive at the front desk & sign in 10-15 minutes before the Sound Bath begins. I will be there to let you into the space.

Getting to REC:

Via Car: There is 2 hour street parking (Arch & Filbert recommended) or a parking garage on 11th & Filbert. A REC Member using the 11th & Filbert garage can validate their parking at the front desk.

Via Public Transportation: SEPTA - 8th Street MFL Line, 17 Bus, 33 Bus (visit Septa.com for more information on your ride to REC), REGIONAL RAIL Line to Jefferson Station will drop you off inside the Fashion District
