Event Details
Chef Amber Mone`t and Sunny Wright present, "A Taste of Ascension"; a full course, herb-infused dinner with an engaging, creative flare. Your reservation includes: a five course meal**** (menu below), one complimentary drink/cocktail (chef's choice, not listed below), table-side service, a raffle ticket to win door prizes, a "Black Dollar" gift bag, vendors and live entertainment from some of the most amazing, talented artists from the tri-state area. Some of the artists include Ty Lemar (@trytylemar), Rae.Dianz (@rae.dianz), Big O the Poet (@bigothepoet), visual artist, Saeed (@saeedsvp), and lo-fi sounds from The Chakra DJ (@hi_vi_lounge).
The menu of the night will be:
First Course - Red Pepper Shrimp Satay with peanut crunch
Second Course - Coconut Lemongrass Soup
Third Course - Spring Salad with Carrot Ginger Dressing
Fourth Course - Soy Balsamic Glazed Lambchops/Chicken with Fried Rice
Fifth Course - Coconut Banana Chai Ice Cream
Cocktail List:
Blackberry Uptown Sour - whiskey, amaretto, sour mix, blackberry wine
Coconut Cilantro Mule - cilantro-infused coconut rum, lime juice, ginger beer
Hennessy Sidecar - cognac, triple sec, lemon juice, orange aromatics
Pineapple Basil Martini - vodka, vermouth, pineapple, basil, lime
Dress Code: Dressy Casual
Exact address will be emailed the night before event.
**Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstance (unless organizer cancels event). If for any reason you are unable to attend, contact organizer and we can discuss transferring your tickets purchased to an attendee of your choice.
****Please note: Dinner begins at 7pm, promptly. Late arrivals will receive only the courses following their seating. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full meal.
