Celebrate traditions new and old this Easter Sunday! And don't forget to wear your finest fit to participate in the Best Dressed Contest!
Hop on over to the south street headhouse district for the 90th Annual Easter Promenade on Sunday, April 9th! This popular Easter tradition is free, family-friendly, bunny-positive, and overflowing with fashion razzle dazzle!
The promenade kicks off at 12:30 pm at 5th & South Street and ends at the headhouse plaza on 2nd & Lombard street! Mr. And Mrs. Cottontail will lead the pack down the south street, accompanied by several of their fuzzy rabbit friends (and they all love to take selfies)!
This year, fox29 will be hopping into the mix as our media partner, and on-air talent will also be joining in the fun!
The best-dressed contest will commence at the headhouse plaza. Fashion enthusiasts of all ages and genders are invited to celebrate the day by showing off their most extravagant holiday-themed costumes. Hundreds of children, families, and pets enter the contest in hopes to win prizes in categories including:
Artwork by the lazy beam.
