Or join us later in the evening for our CHRISTMAS GOOSE DINNER menu starting at 5pm, with German Christmas carolers, performing at 6pm and 7pm. The three-course dinner will cost $50 per person, excluding tax and gratuity & include a glass of Gluhwein, a mulled red wine that is poured warm and accented with German spices and raisins.
The dinner experience will begin with a first course of Potato Chestnut Soup with pumpkin seed pesto and Roasted Beet Salad with toasted hazelnuts and blue cheese in orange tarragon vinaigrette. The goose is the main course with pretzel, apple and sage stuffing and includes an array of true German side dishes such as mini potato dumplings, braised sweet and sour cabbage, pan-roasted brussels sprouts and giblet gravy.
